Our mission is to make the technologies easy to use for the people outside of homes and offices. It isn't easy, and it takes time to focus, skills to design, test and iterate. We've been lucky to work with companies like Microsoft, Ericsson, Inbank, etc. We've made the impact, but there is a lot more to do!

Two questions to ask yourself to know if you are the one

• Are your feet on the ground when it comes to promises, time management, and business value?
  
• Is your head in the clouds when you think about creative design, new experiences, and new ideas?

Once onboard, you will

• Work with our clients and users to research, analyse and create new user experiences
  
• Host workshops with the external teams
• Design products from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity user Interfaces
• Work with the software engineers and follow the projects to the launch

What helps you in this work

• Good communication skills and fluency in the English language
  
• Knowledge of user experience design process and passion for design
• A desire to make functional and creative mobile and web applications
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• An understanding of the need for great UX & UI
• 5+ years of experience in tools like Sketch, Figma
