The MatchWork project aims to foster innovation and job market integration between Estonia and Latvia by addressing digitalization and AI challenges to further enhance business productivity and competitiveness. This project seeks to bridge the innovation gap between the two countries and facilitate knowledge transfer and technology adoption. Mobi Lab, an IT development company, aims to improve its design processes, while Visas Iespējas provides a web-browser solution to streamline recruitment through online matches and interviews.
The project focuses on developing a "Design driven development" (DDD) system for Mobi Lab and a "MatchWork" mobile app for Visas Iespējas, boosting their competitiveness and providing sustainable solutions.
The main outputs - the DDD system and MatchWork app - will benefit Mobi Lab and Visas Iespējas directly and other companies and the public indirectly, with further promotion through case studies, social media, and infographics.
