MatchWork project seeks to bridge the innovation gap between the two countries and facilitate knowledge transfer and technology adoption.
Mobi Lab, an IT development company, aims to improve its design processes and develop a Design driven development (DDD) system, while Visas Iespējas will focus on design system implementation in their processes and developing the MatchWork mobile application to streamline recruitment through online matches and interviews and provide a sustainable job search solution.
The main outputs - the DDD system and MatchWork app - will benefit both Mobi Lab and Visas Iespējas directly by boosting their competitiveness and knowledge base, and other companies and the public indirectly, with further promotion through case studies, social media, and infographics.
